I just wanted to make a treat today. I just wanted some cupcakes. (You know, you gotta be proud of me – I haven’t been to a cupcake shop in ages. I just make them myself now. Both bad and good.) So I decided to make M&M cupcakes – I had a bag lying around. I just made a simple chocolate cake recipe, and threw about a cup of M&M’s into the batter. Then I topped them with a peanut butter frosting (the same from the other day) and topped with some rogue M&M’s. They turned out pretty great, I thought.
