It was my nieces’ birthday party yesterday, and after opening presents (having a party for a 1 year old is weird to me. They have no idea what’s going on, they can’t unwrap presents, so what’s the appeal to them?) Her parents gave her a small cake for her to eat. She enjoyed it.
And I just got to laugh at her. It did make me want to shove my face into a cake, though. Bucket list item.
