Food Storage Setup

Husband and I have never really had any food storage. But after the great insaneness of March, when everyone bought all the food in all of the stores, we started one. We had a small amount of food that we got back then and put in the basement, and then this week, we decided to up our storage, just in precaution. So we got all of this food and then brought it downstairs and realized we have absolutely no room.

Great.

So I went online and did a search for shelves that matched the parameters of where we were going to put it. It wasn't a great search - we only had about 36-48 inches (depending) of height and most shelves aren't that small. But luckily, Lowe's came through with some. And they're plastic, which is good for our basement, since it decides to flood every few months it seems. So I got the shelves, set them up and out the stuff on them. I thought it looked real nice when it was all done.

And now, the food storage is ready for any such occasion that we would need it.
