Independence Weekend

 We had our 4th of July celebration today, since tomorrow is a Sunday, and likely to be frowned upon if we celebrated then. So today, I had my own race, which I took first place in, thank you very much. Then we spent the day with family. We played in the pool a bit, and I unwrapped my new pool floatie. This is what it was supposed to be:

Absolutely incredibly tiny hahaha I was dying when I opened it! So basically its small enough for a child, despite the original appearance. Eh, good enough. 

Then we gave up on fireworks, after Epifanio was too grumps (that boy skipped his afternoon nap) so we just called it a night after dinner. What a thrilling holiday!
