Basically, this baby is a straight up weirdo.

He's trying to say cheese here, obvs, but he got too excited.

This was just supposed to be a throw-away snapchat that my sister sent me, but his face here is way too cute for me to throw it away. I don't think anyone else thinks it's funny, but I can't stop laughing at it.
