Ok I made a super easy dessert tonight, everyone. Here it is:
5 (largeish) apples, washed, sliced
1 package Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough, pre-rolled
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoon butter
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, pretty easy. Ok, slice your apples, and then throw them into a 9x13 pan. Slice/break the butter into chunks, and throw them around the apples. Ok, don’t throw. Gently place them in the pan, randomly. Pour the brown sugar on top of the apples. In another bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, and then roll the sugar cookie balls in the concoction. Then, flatten the cookie dough a little bit, and place them on top of the apples. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are baked. Serve with ice cream, it’s way more delicious that way. Enjoy!
