The Olympic Muffin

I don't know who's been keeping up on the Olympics on social media, but there has been a TikTok star of the Olympic games, and its not an athlete. It's a muffin. Apparently there's a chocolate muffin that is delicious. A Norwegian swimmer has already made like ... 15 videos based on it so far. So today, I gave it a try. I got the recipe made and scooped it into some liners.

Then I baked them and after baking, filled them with a chocolate ganache.

And HOLY COW these are delicious!!!! I understand it!

And here is the recipe!

Cherry Cobbler Muffins

Today, when I got done running, I was like, oh man, muffins sound so good! So I decided to quickly make some. I grabbed a cinnamon muffin mix that I had in the cupboard, and after looking at them, I found out, the mix expired like a year ago. Hmmmm I opened it, and it smelled ok, so I gave that a go. Good news, I didn’t die or get sick from them. So I made the mix according to the package, and then I threw about a tablespoon of cherry pie filling onto the batter.

Not bad, and then I threw the cinnamon mix on the top of the cherries. I baked them according to the package, and then brought them out.

They were really tasty! They tasted like a yummy cherry cobbler, so I would make these again, and recommend them to everyone.

Nutella Brownies

I found this recipe on Pinterest, and most of what drew me to it is that it was the easiest thing in the world. Seriously. Here’s the recipe:

I cup Nutella
10 Tbsp flour
2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the 3 ingredients in a bowl. Scoop into a muffin tin that you’ve already placed muffin/cupcake liners in.

NutellaUnco

I used mini muffin tins, but I think the original recipe called for the regular ones. I like making more though. If you’re feeling fancy, go ahead and top your tins with chopped hazelnuts. I didn’t have any in the house, what am I, a queen? Then bake them for 15 minutes, or until the center is baked through. Done. The end. These are delicious.
