The Last of the College Graduates

 This weekend, we popped into Utah to see Husband's sister graduate from BYU - and she's the last sibling to do so! Of course we had to party. I ended up having my man Epifanio for the day, and of course he was the cutest. Here's just a binge of photos from the day: 

We had a fun packed day, and it was awesome to see her graduate! She's onto medical school and I couldn't be more proud. 

Gecko's Graduation

 Tiny Gecko is graduating from kindergarten today! It seems an absolute waste for them to have a ceremony for such an easy grade, but sure, let's roll with it. Of course I was there to cheer on my favorite guy. 

He had such a great time and was absolutely singing his heart out on the songs they did. 

Congrats to this little man! 

Now that's Dr. Husband

 Husband has graduated with his PhD, y'all! What a great day!

Another Graduate in the Family

 Today, my SIL graduated with her Masters Degree from BYU. We were so hype to celebrate her! 

I can't seem to find my pictures of us with her in the graduation ensemble, but what a great night nonetheless. 

A Graduate!

 Y'all, we have ourselves a preschool graduate! Today, Gecko graduated with the highest of honors (that's a lie) and he was just as cute as can be.

Graduation Part 2

Y'all, Gecko has now graduated as well! His was from preschool, and I really don't think he cares too much haha. The first picture we tried to get wasn't great (but was classic Gecko) and then he gave us a normal smile in the second.

Look at this fella, graduating like a regular human. They're getting so big!

Happy Graduation Day!

Y'all, Darth has officially graduated from kindergarten! Of course, with no end of the school year in school, it was all done via pictures and social distancing, but he's still super jazzed to move on. He keeps saying the next time he goes back he'll be in first grade, and hopefully he loves it as much as he loved kindergarten. What a fella.

The Kindergarten Graduate

Today, Darth's kindergarten teacher brought over a graduation cap and a sign and took a pic of them wearing it. He was so psyched, he wore the hat for the rest of the afternoon.

And now he's officially graduated from kindergarten! It was a weird year for students, and it must have been super weird for kindergartners, having to figure out their lives all online. 

But then this evening, he showed off some trampoline skills. 

I'm excited for him to go to first grade, and I'm hoping he'll be able to go to actual school for it!

Family Time

Today was the graduation, so it was full of boring ceremonies and whatnot. But we started the day with a good time, enjoying the sunshine and trying to find lizards, which we found 12 in the few minutes that we did it. Lizards are legit everywhere there!

 I also just really liked this plant and wanted to share it also.

After the graduation, we hung out on the grounds waiting for pictures and the like. We tried to get pics of all the kiddos, but you know how getting a group of kids to do the same face is impossible haha

A Graduation Package

Y'all, it has happened. I turned in my last assignment. I took my last final (did not do well - turns out I should have studied even a little bit!) and I'm done!
To celebrate, a friend brought me a care package, a celebration of finishing and now I get to live a life of leisure as a stay-at-home-woman. (haha I wish! Now's the time to get a job!)

There are a few books, some ice cream, a chew toy for Cookie (too kind), some nail polish, and some stickers. Fabulous! I can't wait until I can read these books - for leisure, not for an assignment! - and just have a little bit of chill after all these years of just doing so much school work all the time! 

Graduation Day

Y'all, I have done it. College is (nearly) accomplished. I say nearly because I just have to finish a couple of credits over the summer. But! I am walking in graduation today! Everyone knows the procedure, so I'll just get to the pics.

So far things don't feel any differently because I still have classes. But come August, I can't wait to see how it feels to be truly done.

Graduation Photos

Today, I realized that I need to send out my graduation announcements soon if I want people to know of the big day! So Husband and I trekked on over to my school to take some pics, to see if one would be good enough to put on an invite. I've decided to post a few here, just for funsies.

Y'all, I can't believe I'm graduating. The last 5 years have been some hard work, but it's finally about to end.

Grad-a-Palooza

Today I went to two different high school graduations. Now with my SIL's on Monday, this would make 3 in one week, oy. I went to Orem High and Mtn View, as I have Laurels who go to both school. It was a zoo to find them afterwards, but worth it for the celebrations.

I'm gonna miss these gals now that they'll be out of YW but I am so excited for their next phases of life!

Grad Time

Today is my baby sister in law's graduation day. Finally, she's graduated from high school! Good for her, good for her. We sat through an incredibly boring 2 hour ceremony and then we smiled and took loads of pics afterwards.

Since basically everyone in this picture is also in school, we'll probably be having many other graduation ceremonies in the next few years.
