Angels Night

 I find that the times I go to Angels games are when they're doing a fun giveaway. Tonight is no exception - tonight they're giving away a bobble head Millennium Falcon haha. Of course we had to go, and it was fun. No idea if we won or lost but still had a great time. 

Banana Ball!

 Y'all, I have fulfilled a life bucket list. I got to see the Savannah Bananas in person. They came to Utah, and we happened to score some tickets. We got the max - which meant we could have 8 other people with us (Me and Husband being the original 2) So we grabbed our best pals, and hit the stadium. It was a great night! 

A top night and I hope to do it again someday! 

End of the Trip

 Alas, the end of the trip is today, they're driving back home. So here's a dump of the rest of the pics here that didn't fit in anywhere else. 

It was such a fun trip, can't wait for the next one. 

Poor Epifanio!!

 Guys! Poor Epifanio has been hit in the face with a baseball at a Bees game!

Apparently, after an inning, a player tossed a baseball over the net to give it to the fellas, but it just hit the little tyke in the face! 

The Bees organization gave them free tickets to the game today, to make up for it. 

Needless to say, he did not want to be there hahaha. 

Angels Game!

 Of course with everyone in town, we hit up an Angels game. It was a hit!

After the game, they let kids run around the bases on the field. Gecko opted out, but Darth and Epifanio wanted in on that action. 

It's a little long and you can skip ahead, but look at how cute Darth is - he's making sure Epifanio keeps up and has fun, its so so sweet!

Angels Game Night

 We went to the Angels game tonight, and we actually managed to snag a photo! I just gotta remember to actually document moments in my life haha, but this time we did. We went to tonight's game mostly because there was a free giveaway of a hoodie type shirt and it was so much fun! 

The Treats After the Game are the Best Part

 Darth had a baseball game, and after the game, of course we had to get a treat to beat the heat. 

It absolutely looks like we're his parents in this haha. 

This was the smallest ice cream we could get at this place, and it was still bigger than his head. 

Epifanio was just so hype for this picture haha.

Darth Goes Baseball

 Y'all. Darth started to play baseball this week and he is the best. 

He's not necessarily the best player, but yeah, he rocks. 

This is him trying to run to a different base, and being told to go back. I can't watch this without laughing so hard.

He's so great. Every time he goes to bat, he makes sure to get our attention so that we can see him hit the ball. And he waves every time he gets to another base haha.

Well, sports fan, it's over, it's done with. Sports Week 2008 is finished. The last event, on Friday, was a baseball game. We watched the Bees beat Oklahoma. I'm not a fan of baseball. My sport-as everyone knows, is soccer. I think baseball is a dumb sport-I don't even consider it a sport. A lot of men stand around for like, seven hours, and once in a while, they run ninety feet and then stand around for longer. I think everyone can play baseball, and if everyone can play it, it doesn't make it a special sport. But I had fun at the game. We had baseball food, a hot dog, peanuts, and sunflower seeds. We yelled, we heckled, we had a good time. After the game, there were fireworks, and they were pretty good. Of course, having been spoiled at Disneyland with their fireworks, nothing can quite compare, but these were not bad. The music went well with them, and they were pretty snazzy. I was not disappointed. And, I'm sorry to say, I am starting to like baseball. I think I could start going to other games. Of course, I have yet to pay for one of these games. The only reason we even go to any is because we get free tickets from our respective companies. I don't think I would go if I had to buy my tickets myself!
Now that Sports Week 2008 is over, I have mixed emotions. I'm happy, because it'll give me chances to run now. Running Saturday was so awesome-I definitely missed it. I feel so ugh when I don't get to work out-I can't wait to feel great again. I think that's actually my only emotion regarding it, maybe I don't have mixed. I'm glad to be able to do my regular routine again. My Tivo got really full of stuff this past week. I am happy this Sunday is my day-I'm doing nothing today except for emptying my Tivo of stuff, painting my nails, and running. I'm super sore today from a really good hike we did yesterday, so I'm hoping the running won't be too painful. And I do have one more day of sports, tomorrow Real plays Toronto at home, and I am psyched for the game! I hope we beat them. I don't know if we will, but I would love it if we did.
