Vieve's Place...Enjoy Your Visit
Usually, the Angels 5K is on the first Saturday of July, so everyone does it after the guys get back from the rafting trip. But this year, they did it today, which is so dumb, not everyone could participate! The 4 of us did it this morning and it was as fun as ever.
I find that the times I go to Angels games are when they're doing a fun giveaway. Tonight is no exception - tonight they're giving away a bobble head Millennium Falcon haha. Of course we had to go, and it was fun. No idea if we won or lost but still had a great time.
Of course with everyone in town, we hit up an Angels game. It was a hit!
After the game, they let kids run around the bases on the field. Gecko opted out, but Darth and Epifanio wanted in on that action.
It's a little long and you can skip ahead, but look at how cute Darth is - he's making sure Epifanio keeps up and has fun, its so so sweet!
The fun part about moving to a new state is finding new races you just have to do. I stumbled up on this Angels 5K a couple of months ago and definitely wanted to do it. I signed up and then PJ happened to be in town, so I made her sign up too.
The unfortunate thing is that when the time for the race rolled around, I had gotten really sick - I have a cold right now that is absolutely kicking my butt. Bad cough, bad sore throat, lost voice, the whole banana. (and no, not Covid, I've checked many times haha)
But we persevere!
Now would it have been great if I had remembered to do any pics of us doing the race? Sure, but that's not what I'm about haha.
Recently, Epifanio's father was gifted an Angels hat for his birthday. And naturally, Epifanio took it for his own.

We went to the Angels game tonight, and we actually managed to snag a photo! I just gotta remember to actually document moments in my life haha, but this time we did. We went to tonight's game mostly because there was a free giveaway of a hoodie type shirt and it was so much fun!
