Mission San Juan Capistrano

 PJ visited me in Cali this weekend, so we went on a little tourist vacay. We headed down to San Juan and visited the Mission Capistrano there. It's a very old Catholic mission, and was so cool to see. 

Missionary Farewell

Today my SIL left on her mission. Well, technically, she left to go into the MTC for 6 weeks until her missions, and then she'll leave to Germany. But we had a lovely farewell lunch (at Los Hermanos, since she won't likely have any Mexican food in Germany. And then we said goodbye at the MTC, and we'll see her in 18 months. I know she'll do amazing and I'm so happy for her opportunity!

Mission Calls

So, directly after my SIL came home from her mission, my other SIL got her mission call! She opened it tonight, and she's going to Germany! Excitement! She has a few months before she leaves, but I'm so excited for her to go!

She's home!

My SIL went on a mission to Hong Kong, and has returned today! There was much rejoicing and many hugs given, it's just so awesome to see her again! I can't wait for the good times to be had.
