Cake Mix PB Cookies

This is a super simple recipe that turned into a delicious cookie, guys.

1 yellow box cake mix
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
24-40 Reese Peanut Butter Cup Miniature

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients together in a bowl until they reach cookie dough consistency. Drop by tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes (until slightly browned on bottom edge). While baking, unwrap Reese peanut butter cups, set aside.
When cookies are done, remove from oven, and push peanut butter cups upside down into the cookie.
** The PB cup will melt quite a bit. If you don't want them as melted, just wait 3-5 minutes before putting them in.

So the original recipe said that she made 40 of these cookies, but I stretched my dough as far as I could and only made 24, so I guess my tablespoons were considerable bigger than hers. I just have one standard size cookie scoop though, and I'm ok with my sizes. Enjoy these!
