 Today I hung out with my nieces, so of course I had to snag some pics with my namesake!

Y'all, we've made it! Safely to New Years Eve for all of us. I thought I would do the pics I have taken on today, the last day of the year, before we party hard and then enter 2020 as champs.

Thanksgiving Eve

Well friends, we've made it. Officially, it is Thanksgiving Eve. I spent the day as any person would - cleaning and cooking. I cleaned the house from top to bottom - vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets, sinks, walls, dusting, etc. Just trying to make the place look good, of course. Then when everything was cleaned, pies were made. My sister made the mincemeat as I cleaned, (GROSS you guys, who puts beef and fruit in the same pie?!) and I made the classic PB pies when I was finished, as she made a chocolate chip cookie pie.

To say that I'm jazzed for tomorrow would be an understatement - I am so excited! I love Thanksgiving, what a great holiday. Hope you guys are getting ready for yours!

Y'all, it's Christmas Eve! I know that as an adult, the magic of Christmas is supposed to be gone, but I still have it. I love this time of year and I feel its the best time of year. Anyway, I hope you all had a lovely day. The fellas were dressed up in their pajama finest, and they look great.

Merry Christmas Eve

Ok this is also sort of a Foto Friday, but on a Saturday. We went to my SIL's for Christmas Eve today, and watched Muppet Christmas Carol, one of the best movies. As we were chilling, she showed us a picture she found of Husband as a child. I died when I saw it, and posted it to Snapchat, with this sentence on it. Please to enjoy.

I hope that if we ever have kids, it'll get some good genes from both of us, because I know that I wasn't an attractive child. :D

Christmas Eve!

Well, I had a pretty chill Christmas Eve. I went to a delish breakfast at work, and ate way too much, of course. We all snapped a pic, to commemorate.

 I had Christmas Eve celebrations with Husband's family, and then we came home to have our own. As we were chilling, doing Christmasy things, we realized that Cookie smells a little gross. So, we gave her a bath. Was she mad? Absolutely.

But! She smelled better and was softer, and I don't regret the bath at all, though she might.
