We didn’t have very much time in Milan. We had a train layover of maybe 5 hours, so we hustled from the train station to the Duomo di Milano, and it was beautiful. It was 65 million degrees, and we were trying to hurry back for our train, but we did it.
We didn’t have the chance to go in, but that’s all right. We stopped on the way back to the train station and grabbed some gelato – our first for Italy. 
We made it back to the train station on time, what a victory! (And the gelato was delicious!)
