I need it. I want it.

 Y'all, I recently saw this cake on Pinterest, and I need it. 

Doesn't that look hecking delicious?! So I brought it to my friend slash coworker who makes amazing cakes, and asked her to make it for me. (In exchange for money, I am not insane). She said it was easy enough that I could do it, and explained, step-by-step, how to do it.

I have absolutely no faith in myself, but hey, might as well give this a go. So today, I did the first step, which was to make the cakes. 

First of all, I had to go through a box of Lucky Charms and get all of the marshmallows out. 

Then I made the cakes, and using my very own leveler for the first time, make the tops all flat-like. 

It had to be a four-layer cake, of course. 

Then, since there are the mallows in the center, had to carve out a hole in two of the cakes. 

Then, I wrapped them up so tight in plastic, and put them in the freezer, until I am ready to finish the cake.

Lego Harry Potter Hagrid's Hut

 Well, one more Harry Potter lego set in the books! Today I finished the Hagrid's Hut set - so cute of course. 

Lazy Lazy Baby

 Okay, he's not lazy, but he just looks like it here haha. We went to food trucks for dinner, and we walked from my sister's house to the park where they were at. We had the wagon to carry our drinks, blanket (to sit on) and the baby, since we knew he would get tired of walking and nobody would want to carry him. At the food trucks, there is also a farmer's market, and we definitely took advantage of that. We had filled up our wagon with our goods, and then Epfianio decided to ride in it right away. He got in there with his lemonade, and kicked back for the ride. 

He had such a lovely ride home, and we enjoyed more of this gorgeous weather. 

A Friendly Cow

 Every time the fellas have a school assignment, seeing how they do it makes me so happy and they're always so good. Here is Darth's latest, a small story about a cow.

It's also helpful when my sister puts what he wrote on there...since I usually can't figure it out haha. I love that he's learning and becoming a real human! 

Babysitting Shenanigans

 We babysat the fellas today, and Epifanio started out having a hard time of it. 

He was upset that his mom had left, so he dealt with that by facing the dishwasher and not talking to anyone haha. 

Then we took them to a park, it was nice enough to be out and about, so that was nice. Then we did a little bit of Lego work to be revealed later! 

Statler, my love

He is the best. He recently passed, shortly after his 34th (!!!!!) birthday. 

 A friend of mine recently went to Panama, and she brought me a gift to remember him.

RIP Statler, you are missed.

 We worked on another masterpiece this week and when it was done, I was so proud of it! 

Epifanio Hides from his Feelings

 We took Epifanio shopping this morning. As soon as we got out of the car, he got mad because he wanted to get his stroller, but he needed help to get it out of the car. Yes, this hurt his feelings. So he went behind the nearest object to hide and deal with them. 

Every time he has feelings, it's just the absolute funniest thing in the world and it makes me laugh and just give him such big hugs. 

Lego Privet Drive

 To keep the Harry Potter train going, here's the next project! This one was much smaller so it wasn't too hard to put together quickly. I love it so. 

Sometimes I am just absolutely blown away by the level of details on these! 

Lego Hogwarts

 Y'all, I am still on a Lego kick, since all of my birthday gifts were Legos. The last few days I have been working on Lego Hogwarts, and it was a hoot. So much better than the Fast and Furious car haha, but I do still love that car. It ended up being amazing, and such a fun time. 

I just have so much fun with these sets! I find that putting them together is just so relaxing and helps with the stresses of life.

 Now for the next legos! These are small ones, that took only a few minutes to put together, but I love them like the bigger ones. 

Forever Flowers

Now for my second lego project, flowers! They were so easy and so lovely after the stress of the car haha. 

Look how great! I love them, and they'll be there forever. 

New Mountain Dew Time!

 There has recently been an influx of newly released, limited time Mountain Dew Flavors. The Baja Blast had a bunch of spin-offs, a cake flavor was introduced (it tasted exactly like liquified vanilla cake, oof) and today, an apple one was released. 

Y'all, it is delicious. This is definitely a favorite! 

Legos for Family

 I got a ton of legos for my birthday recently. I will be posting all of them, of course, and today, I finished my first one! I got the Dodge Charger from the Fast and the Furious movies, because, of course I did. It was much harder than the usual legos I do (apparently the Technic ones are hard, yikes, good to know) so it took me a long time of angry putting it together haha. But when I was done I was so hype! 

It moves, it spins, and the doors open and everything! I am so glad to be done and glad to be onto the next project. 

The saddest baby

 The best thing about Epifanio (besides his constant feelings) is that he takes a great pic. So I have combined both in these. 

The black and white really adds a sense of sadness. 

I told him that he needed to sit in the kid size chair. He threw the chair and then walked over into the corner to have his feelings. 

Epifanio spilled water onto himself and soaked his clothes. I put them in the dryer, and then put him in one of my shirts to chill. For some reason at this moment, he looks absolutely like he's going through a crisis. What a sweet baby.
