Some Visitors

 Husband's family came to visit today, they're in town for a cruise, so they had a couple of hours to kill, and came our way. Husband hung out with them and they had a fun morning. 

Jaunt to Utah

 I had a quick jaunt to Utah this weekend. My nephew is in his last high school play (Percy Jackson) so I came into town to see him and say holla to everyone else, of course. We started the day bright and early driving an hour to Mt Pleasant for Darth to have a soccer game. Epifanio and I spent our time talking selfies on the sideline of course. 

This is when he got mad at me for letting someone else sit in his seat while he was up and about, he's an emotional fella.

Then we went to the play. They had these little packages there of 'blue stuff' which was just a bunch of blue candies and blue things for the kids to play with, to keep them occupied. I bought one for each of the fellas and it helped to make them quiet for the whole play, it was a lifesaver.

And of course, a family pic after the play. Can't believe he's old enough to graduate! I hate this for all of us haha.

Then, a dinner jaunt to Brick Oven, I miss that place in Cali! All in all, a fun trip!

Hei Hei?!

 

The Orient Express

 Today I FINALLY finished this Orient Express build. 

I say finally because I dropped every single one of these train cars after it was built. I had to do each train car twice. This was the most irritating build I have ever done in my life and right now I hate this train. 

But I know someday that rage will go away. 

Walking Betty

 Today, we had a day of simple adventures (forgot to take pics) but then Lady G wanted to take Betty for her walk. It was so cute. 

She is too dang cute. 

Disney Day with the Fam

 Today we did Disneyland, since we were all here. Did I make us wear matching clothes? Of course I did. 

This was such a fun day! 

Lady G and Lego

 Today, Lady G (and her parents) have joined us for the weekend. Today they got in from a cruise, and I had to work, so we had a chill day and evening. After dinner, Lady G and I worked on a Lego set. 

She's still a little young for sets, but better to start them off young! 

Anniversary 14!

 We've made it to our 14th anniversary, y'all! What a crazy time! To celebrate, we decided to go up to Universal and have a fun day. Unfortunately for all of us, apparently the sky decided to open up and pour rain down. We tried to make the best of it, we went to the new Mario Land, where we had lunch (including this Princess Peach cupcake)

And we rode the new Mario Kart ride, which was fun.

Shortly after this, and a couple of other rides, we were absolutely soaked through, cold, and I was having not very much fun at all haha. So we called it a night, came home early, and got cozy and watched a movie. It was a fun day, just wet!

Goodbye, hair

 Welp, I did an impulse today. I've been noticing lately my hair is feeling super damaged. So today, I went and cut like ... 9 inches off. Absolutely terrying to myself!
