Betty's Weekend Out

 With Betty being behind in Cali whilst we were in Utah, we of course got the plethora of photos from the doggy day care. 

Funeral Photo Dump

 This weekend, we're in Utah for a funeral, one of Husband's uncles has passed away. It was a weekend of love and sadness, but it was nice to see everyone. I'm just going to do a dump of all the photos of the weekend.

My niece got a "makeup set" for Christmas and then spent the next few days putting the fake makeup on all of us

Fellas Foto Dump

 Lots of photos of the fellas, so time to just throw them all up on here.

Photobomber

 Recently, my SIL got engaged. I helped to take their photos for the announcements and whatnot. Don't worry - not the actually photographing, I was in charge of helping with poses, since that's something I can actually do haha. I helped them in various positions, and then when we got this one, I couldn't help but jump in the background myself. 

What a great time I had doing this!

A Happy Happy Birthday, Indeed!

You Guys! Okay, today is a great day for many reasons. Yes, unfortunately, school did start this week, but let's not focus on that. Today is my birthday, yippee! After spending all day in school, I did get to have a lovely party with my family, and by party I mean dinner, but when you get old. that's party enough. BUT! For one of my presents, Husband gave me a print of our recent pictures, which meant that we had them back! I definitely spent a chunk of my night looking through them, and I'm posting my favorites here! Please to enjoy.

Family Photos

A week ago, we did family pictures with Husband’s side of the family. We did them by Utah Lake, and I think they turned out all right. Well, some of them. Some of them are awkward, but that’s all right. I’ll ignore them. For your viewing pleasure, the better pictures:

My sis-in-law and I were in charge of coordinating everybody’s outfits, and I think we did a pretty good job, we all look pretty snazzy. I’m glad they turned out good, it’s always nice to get a fresh batch of pictures every few years!

Family Pictures

A few weeks ago when we had Darth’s birthday party, we also took family pictures. We had every sibling there, except for my eldest brother, who never comes to family stuff, and who I actually haven’t seen in over 5 years. But I liked how they turned out, despite my older sister who apparently was refusing to smile, come on, sis.

My younger sister and I obvs are besties and we took one just of us two:

My dad never really looks happy in photos, but that’s all right, I know in his heart he’s singing. We had a fun day with everyone, and it was fun to see the ones who live a little farther away, and we don’t get to see them often.

Throwback Photos

I recently have found some time on my hands, and I’ve been using it to clean. At first, I did the regular cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming and the like, and now, I’m deep cleaning. I’m throwing away crap I haven’t used in ages, I’m trying not to be such a hoarder. And today, as I was cleaning, I came across old photos that I didn’t even know I had! I’ll share these delights with you.

Photo Booth

I blogged a few weeks ago about going to my ward carnival, and all the awesome activities therein. We did the photo booth, and I’ve been waiting so much for the pictures to come back to me. Waiting…waiting…waiting. Finally, last night, I was opening my email, and lo! There they were I was excited for it to come, and because they had taken so many, I was excited for the possibility of lots of pictures. So I’m looking and…they had only sent three! What the junk! And of course, the only picture of Husband and me that they sent, I have a dumb look on my face. We raided the props bin that they had, thinking we could take some good pics with them. I think they worked out for us.
