I built a big-ish set over the last week or so and finished it today, it is beautiful.
I'm realizing I should have done a video - the little chocolate waterfall actually moves! Its so fun haha I love when the Lego has a movement in it.

We did a Disney day today, there was a breakfast baked potato that I wanted, and they stop serving breakfast at like ...10:30 I think? So we had to go there early and get it today, because today is the last day for annual passes for the year and the potato ends with the holiday season. So we get there and learn soon after that a friend from Utah was also there, in town for the week! How fun! Of course she met up with us and we had a fun morning with her.
(yes my mouth is full of potato in this pic lol)I got a few free gift with purchases with some Lego sets recently, and did them all today.
Heheheh so cute, so small.
All right, as mentioned previously, last night was the company party. It was held at an Italian place up in LA, and the traffic to get there was HORRENDOUS and took me like, 90 minutes and I was SO over it. Then, in true LA fashion, it took me another 15 minutes to find parking, then the parking was about a mile from the restaurant. I was so mad by the time I got there haha. Dinner was fine, nothing too exciting, and then it was just a dance party all night. Everyone was pretty drunk except for yours truly (I did have 1 Shirley Temple, so fun) so it was interesting to see how the drunkness kept going all night.
Such a fun time!
Well, the trip already is coming to an end (originally I was going to leave tomorrow, but then my company changed the holiday party to tonight, so I pulled some strings to make it home on time. My flight is this afternoon, so this morning, I had my sister do my makeup (wanted to look nice of course) and then we all headed over to Cracker Barrell for some breakfast. Of course, Epifanio wanted to have some artsy pics taken of him at the restaurant.
We simply live too far apart! I hate this.
Today was Pop's retirement from a company he's worked at for 1000 years. They had a fiesta to celebrate (there were also a couple of other people retiring) so of course we showed up in full force for him.
Now, even thought the whole fam was there, I only wanted a pic with Pops and my sister, my only favs of my family. We had so much fun hanging out for the afternoon and celebrating all he's done.
I headed over to Utah today, my dad is having his retirement party this week, so I had to come for the festivities of course! Of course, one of the things Epifanio had to do was to work at my computer.
Like sir, get away from my pillows please.
Finished my latest Lego set today, the Christmas train set.
Tonight is our ward Christmas party, and we're just doing the same ole same ole, dinner, some sort of show, and Santa. I made a peppermint rice Krispy treat, which was bomb.
Then, onto the party. I was in charge of decorating Santa's room and then got a picture with the big guy himself.
Today, we chose a late flight in the evening so that we could hit up the Titanic exhibit this morning. We got there right as our time slot opened, and unfortunately for all of us, the line was already out the door and it was snowing lol. Luckily the line was moving quickly so we didn't have to be in it for too long. I have been to the exhibit before, in Las Vegas, but it was as great as I remembered. And of course Epifanio loved it so much, its his favorite history bit.
And then of course we had to get the classic poses.
We've been in Utah for a couple of days now, and it's been grand, but every single pic of our trip came from today haha.
They're all golden.
He was mad that nobody would walk the longer way home instead of taking the shortcut, we all wanted to go home since it was cold.Recently, I noticed that the display holding our fancy/expensive Disney items was ... lacking, and we needed a bit more space. So we found this bookshelf-situation at IKEA and I LOVE it. It looks so good.
(in case you were curious, the top shelf is just popcorn buckets from Disneyland lol)
Then, because I had the leftover shelf from the original design, I used that to put Lego sets on, of course.
I moved the Avengers stuff here, to make space for my ships to be near each other.
Beautiful.
I got a bunch of random pics from everyone of the babies so I'll just post them here for the fun of it.
