Icebox Cake

 For this month's baking club, we are taking on the icebox cake. I had heard about it on a podcast, and the guest was like, its 3 ingredients - grape jelly, Ritz crackers, and whipped topping. You combine the grape jelly and cool whip (melt the jam first to make it smoother) and then you layer the grape mix with 39 Ritz crackers, in like... 7 layers. 


Here's what it looked like as we were layering. 

And then you refrigerate it overnight. 


Now, this wasn't the grossest thing I've ever tried, and I certainly didn't hate it. But it was a bit weird, and I don't think that I would have it again.
