Ok, I think this happens every year after the end of the year. Along comes November, and I blog every day, because of it being the National Blog Month. Then this year, I extended that to December, and did it every day. And then it became January, and I just couldn't take it anymore. But now, I'm going to try to do at least 1-2 blogs a week, depending on if there's anything to report about. There has been, of late.
So, as everyone who reads this knows, Boyfriend became Fiancee. I don't really call him Fiancee, because for some reason, that word is super funny to me. But I give it a go once in a while, and then giggle about it for a little while. He proposed on the 28th of December, and our wedding is in less than 3 weeks. Am I panicking because of the little time? Not really. I figure, whatever we don't get done in time, isn't needed. We have the essentials done at this point, so I'm ok with however this goes.
Boyfriend/Fiancee has been sick for a few days, and while I never get sick, and have been boasting about this to his family (some of whom have also been sick) I have a little voice in the back of my head that says "Vieve, you're so going to catch this", but so far, I'm doing ok. I'm just going to keep taking my vitamins, and assume I'll get through this with flying colors. If I don't get sick, I get $20 from a bet made about it, so I'm really wanting to collect on that $20.
The first RSL game of the season is in 9 days. It's not a regular season game, it's an extra one, but I'm psyched. It's away, so I won't have to sit in the cold for it, but 1 week later is a home one, on March 1st, and I'm sorta dreading it. Of course I want to go, I love RSL, but all I can think about is how cold it'll be. And how many layers I'll need to wear just to have feeling in my extremities. So not looking forward to that.
That's really all that I've got going on right now. Winter tends to have less going on, because you know, everything kinda shuts down, but it seems with soccer season starting in less than a month, it's almost like spring can officially start now. Which I'm so glad for, because I'm so sick of this cold!
